You can visit our site without providing personal information. We only store access data without personal reference, such as: – the name of your Internet service provider – the page from which you visit us – the name of the requested file

When is Data Collected?
We collect data solely for the purpose of conducting our business activities or to provide information upon prior consent from our website visitors. Contact Data in Business Transactions
In the course of initiating business and handling transactions with our customers, we store contact data, contract data, billing data, and correspondence. Legal basis: For existing customers, processing is necessary to fulfill the contract or pre-contractual measures.
For potential customers, we rely on the legal basis of legitimate interest in initiating business.
Regarding billing for services, we are obliged under the Federal Tax Code (BAO), the Commercial Code (HGB), and the Value Added Tax Act (UStG) to retain data for tax calculation, tax correction, and our bookkeeping obligations. Without providing your data, we cannot comply with our obligations. Retention periods: We store the data of existing customers as long as the business relationship is active. After termination, we retain the contact data for a maximum of three years.
All billing data will be stored according to the legally required retention periods (usually for 7 years) and will be deleted or anonymized afterward. Recipients: Beyond our internally authorized staff, only billing data is shared with our tax consultants (and thus with third parties).
Access Data and Logfiles (Server)
Our website is hosted on a server provided by Strato, which also provides our email server. Each time our website is accessed, the service provider collects so-called server logfiles. This includes the name of the accessed page, date, time, and the requested file. Additionally, transmitted data volumes, browser type, operating system, and the URL of the previously visited page are logged. By accepting our cookies, we use the “Visitor Action Pixel” from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) within our online presence.
